We reserve the right to update product listings, descriptions, and prices at any time. Product images are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual item.

When you place an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorized. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across GCC countries. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

 

  1. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

All content on our website — including text, images, and logos — belongs to Rigor Group and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
